Yes. Fan-filter units handle heat loads up to 300 W (suitable for passive equipment at ambient temperatures below 40 °C). Air-to-air heat exchangers cover 500 W to 1.5 kW without refrigerant. Compressor-based AC units range from 1 kW to 8 kW cooling capacity for high-density active equipment. Thermal sizing depends on total equipment heat dissipation, ambient temperature range, solar radiation exposure, and altitude — our engineers calculate the thermal budget for each project and recommend the most cost-effective option.

Our standard MOQ for custom fabrication is 50 units. For smaller quantities, please contact our sales team — we can often accommodate pilot runs for qualifying projects.

What We Do — and What We Do Not

We specialize in passive infrastructure — cabinets, racks, enclosures, distribution systems, and their thermal/power accessories. We do not manufacture or resell active network equipment (switches, routers, base stations, optical transceivers). If your project requires active equipment sourcing, we can refer you to vetted partners but cannot quote or support those items directly.

Custom lead times vary. While standard products ship in 5 business days, custom fabrication with non-standard materials (such as 316L stainless steel or aluminum alloy for marine environments) typically takes 5-6 weeks. Complex modifications involving third-party certifications (UL field evaluation, NEBS re-testing) can extend to 8-10 weeks.

On-site installation support is available in the continental United States and select international markets. For regions outside our direct support footprint, we provide remote video-call guidance and detailed installation documentation, but cannot dispatch field engineers.
